Communication is terrible, car had an appt and was not honored. Was given someone to contact they never answered the phone. It was absolutely ridiculous and I will never be back again. Appointment at 9;30 for inspection waited 3 hours to get a 30 m, inspection. No one told me it would take that long. When asking a question by phone they never get back to you to answer your question. Tried calling twice & never a call back. Make sure you make an appt, it helps waiting time.
