This was an informative, no pressure environment I stopped to look at Buick sedans, with the idea that they were not luxury cars and only old people bought them. I was looking at Lexus, BMW and Merc I stopped to look at Buick sedans, with the idea that they were not luxury cars and only old people bought them. I was looking at Lexus, BMW and Mercedes as my next car. Adam Burtner did not push or ever explain, he just suggested that I sit in the car. Honestly, that was all it took for me to change my mind. The car was every bit as luxurious as the high end brands at a much more affordable price. All of the people we dealt with during the purchase process were polite, considerate and informative. Adam followed up with me several days later to make sure I was happy with my new car, which I thought was really considerate. More
