I always receive respectful service when bringing my car in for its regular maintenance. I choose to wait, rather than come pick it up later, and it can sometimes be a lengthy wait, but most times work is d in for its regular maintenance. Several employees went above and beyond to solve my problem. I made a Saturday appointment only to find out there was no record of the appointment and the service for an engine warning light is not do problem. I made a Saturday appointment only to find out there was no record of the appointment and the service for an engine warning light is not done on Saturday. The manager offered to check out the cause and in the end they made the repair and within my 4 hour time frame. I don't know all their.names but the manager, Jacob, Tom, and the technician deserve recognition. My gratitude to all. More
My car was towed into the dealership in need of a major engine repair. My '17 GMC Acadia was off the road, for every bit of six months with multiple delays personnel staffing issues and many excuses. Every time I go it’s something. POOR communication and CS POOR. Y did I have to wait over an hour for a reinspection of two fails- windshield and light? Absolutely ridiculous. I was told I didn’t need to make an appt but that was the first thing I was asked. It was noted that a Caucasian lady came in from out of town with a tire issue and was handled right away and I had been waiting for over 30 mins at the time she arrived. Make that make sense! If I could have a do-over, I would have NOT purchased my car from such a poorly run business that seem to always have employee turnover issues and poor service. More
