Abominable service (with minor exceptions): simple oil change and tire rotation, plus a couple of minor warranty issues. Work should have been completed in less than one day (Tuesday). After leaving messages on Wednesday to see if it was ready, I finally drove to the dealership - still not done! The following day I made TEN (10) calls to find out status, left messages, spoke with central office - NO ONE RETURNED MY CALLS. Finally, I got back-to-back calls from the Service Manager and the Customer Experience Manager at noon on Thursday. The Service Manager made excuses about their AI phone system; but no explanation for the poor service. There is CLEARLY a problem with morale in the Service Department. Kudos and "thanks" to Becky, Antoine, and Talloya who stepped-up and helped, to the extent possible. But Southern needs to make significant changes to their Service Department. More
