Needed a hose replaced for coolant leak. Hose was $150, ok fine, seems ridiculous but I can concede that the part is only sold as an assembly when I only needed like 20% of the part. The big problem is that it was going to be $500 to replace the HOSE! THAT IS CRAZY, ITS A HOSE! I chose to do it myself. I got tires rotated and balanced and still had to pay $500 total for the part and that. Dealership prices are nuts. Seems I will just do more myself and more often. Would love for the certified folks to do it so I have records but that is just not in cards if the prices dont come down. More

After not having parts in my first visit, was promised my car would've done by 3:30 on day of my appointment. When I got there around 3:45, my car was not even started.
