I brought my 2024 Kia Telluride in for service at Southern Kia Greenbrier, dropping it off on Wednesday (6/17/2026) for a Thursday appointment. The service itself addressed the issues I brought the vehicle in for, and I appreciate that those repairs were completed successfully. However, when I picked up the vehicle on Friday, I immediately noticed a large crack in the windshield that was not there when I dropped it off. I reported the damage before leaving the dealership, but was told that no one could assist me because the service manager was out of the office until Monday. I was very surprised that there was not another manager or supervisor available to address an issue of this nature at the time of pickup. Being told to wait several days for assistance after discovering damage to my vehicle was frustrating and disappointing. Over the next several days, I made multiple attempts to contact the service manager and initially received little to no response. I was eventually able to speak with him on Thursday (6/25/2026), and he told me he would look into the matter and call me back within a couple of hours. I never received a return call. I called again on Friday but was once again unable to reach him. What has been most frustrating is not just the damage itself, but the lack of communication and follow-up. My vehicle was returned with a damaged windshield, and despite multiple phone calls, I still have no clear resolution. I understand that accidents can happen. If the windshield was damaged while my vehicle was in the dealership's care, I would have appreciated someone acknowledging the issue and working with me to resolve it. Instead, I have had to repeatedly follow up without receiving timely communication. As of today, I am still driving a vehicle with a cracked windshield and will be contacting the dealership again this week in hopes of getting this matter resolved. Based on my experience, I am very disappointed with how this situation has been handled. More
Poor service! Was scheduled for an appointment time at 9:30 for recalls. Dropped my car off and was told it would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Called the service department at 12 and then again at 2 and 3 asking for a service status request, received no information or call back. Called again and was able to speak with someone in another apartment who attempted to transfer me to the service department, again no answer so he took down my name and message. Received no further information or call back until 4:15pm when they called to say they did not have the parts and would need to order them. When I asked about my appointment time Rebecca told me that was only the time to drop off my car not when it would be seen by a technician, when I asked about the estimated time she told me that was only if I wait in the building. Neither of those things was stated to me when handing over the keys. I have small children and that is our family car. To be without the car for an extended period is an inconvenience that the service department did not care about when expressed and instead I was made to feel like an inconvenience More

My experience with this dealership has not been good. Customer service is poor. Going through the ordering process when buying wasn’t good either.
