Technician damaged trim around the vents during disassembly or reinstall. Was not notified. Even if it was in 'a letter' which I don't recall receiving. I'm an owner, not a service adviser/writer. The professional should have made us aware. The technician either damaged it and failed to notify the adviser or damaged it and didn't know or wasn't paying attention. Service manager attempted to offer good will gesture. Biggest issue is we should have been notified prior to the recall and after the component was damaged. More
