The dealership held my vehicle for a few weeks with no calls or updates. I drove down to the dealership and they didnt have my warranty information which one of their "advisors" name Kim didnt take when I dropped off the vehicle. After the work was finally done the clock spring in my steering wheel was broken. They thankfully covered that repair. After just a few weeks we had to take the vehicle back because the new transmission was leaking. Just to turn around again to get the transmission fluid was empty. We just had to take it back again for the transmission was leaking and the transmission fluid was empty again. The workers were rude except for a former service manager named Dan. Then the new manager Wes was helpful, but was rude with me on the phone yesterday when I tried to explain my concerns and frustrations with a quick turn around on service. More

I had an appointment for a part that I was told was in stock(a new key). They had my car from 9am-4:30p, just to call me and say they had to order the part. Then when I arrive to pickup my car around 5:15 stock(a new key). They had my car from 9am-4:30p, just to call me and say they had to order the part. Then when I arrive to pickup my car around 5:15, they now have the part and needed to install it. I drive off and less than a mile away, I notice red lights flashing on my dash. When I stop and unfortunately turn off car to restart and see if light goes away, now my battery is dead. I had noticed my hood up when I initally left my car and believe they left something on. Even though Lisa made efforts to resolve the issues, this process for a simple new key, was very frustrating for me. I work nights and had to return back to that greenbrier area for my night job and I had yet to get sleep. More
