I had a schedule appointment for a "quick lube" oil change on a Monday. It took over 1.5 hours to complete a simple oil change. I went in for an oil change, waited over an hour and a half for a scheduled appointment. I did not ask for my tire pressure sensors to be messed with (one is out) but it was and now all of them don’t work half for a scheduled appointment. I conveyed my frustration and was told by the manager, who was very condescending, that the tech was just doing his job by helping try to fix the one not working and that I can just pay to have that one fixed and then they will all be fixed. I never asked for them to do anything with them, and as the owner they should have asked me. I went in with one down and left with them all not working. my husband called shortly after I left to talk to the manager to better understand why they were all not working and she didn’t have the courtesy to return the call. Extremely disappointed. Megan was the only helpful person there and was so so nice and amazing More
