I had a 9am appointment for a scheduled oil change and maintenance. When we dropped the Yukon off we were told that we were eighth in line. We left the car. Sarting at 2 o'clock I began to call. The girls that were answering the phone kept passing me to people and no one was at their desk.I kept on getting voicemails.I kept on calling back requesting to speak to someone or a manager and again, they would transfer me to someone's voicemail.I did not get a return call until 2:20.My advisor was nice and apologized for the inconvenience. I took my car to get an oil change on 29 November. On 13 December ( 2 weeks later) my oil light had come on. I checked my oil level and the oil stick was DRY. I called and let Kia know i was coming in On 13 December ( 2 weeks later) my oil light had come on. I checked my oil level and the oil stick was DRY. I called and let Kia know i was coming in for this issue and i was given an appointment for an hr and a half later. On the way to Kia my engine malfunction light had came on. My car was serviced for the second time and i was told that when they did my oil change they had put a double gasket on my car and my car should only have one gasket. They changed it and filled the car back up with oil. On 29 November i had waited from 1120 until 1pm. I thought they would have been thorough since they seemed to have taken their time. I pray my engine was not damaged to any extent due to this incident. More
