Vehicle was dropped off the night before 7:30am appointment for an oil change. I called several times during the day for status updates to which a few times, they said they would call me back. I re appointment for an oil change. I called several times during the day for status updates to which a few times, they said they would call me back. I received a call exactly 5 minutes before closing at 5:55pm stating they were unable to get to the vehicle. Thankfully, I was already on my way and pulled up on time to get my key before they closed. It was very inconvenient as I just had a new premature baby and had to work around schedules just to get the vehicle there and back. It would have been even more inconvenient if they kept my vehicle, along with the late notice of not being able to service it. I've been coming to southern for almost 20 years now. This was a very unpleasant experience, and still no oil change done. More

While excellent, John forgot to add oil change to my service causing me to come back. John advised me my oil change maintenance contract had been cancelled. This should not be the case. I went there to get my oil changed and let my state inspection.The gentleman who took care of me and took my car in was very good at what he was doing , understood my concerns and made me feel comforta inspection.The gentleman who took care of me and took my car in was very good at what he was doing , understood my concerns and made me feel comfortable. Your AI system didn't put my appointment in like it was supposed to. So my, I didn't have an appointment, but he was able to still get me pit me in and my car was done by the end of the day. More
