First Service visit for "new" 2018 Malibu Love my "new" Malibu! Went for oil change yesterday. While in for service the technicians found the car was out of alignment, needed tire rotation an Love my "new" Malibu! Went for oil change yesterday. While in for service the technicians found the car was out of alignment, needed tire rotation and it also needed a new air filter. I bought the car there recently and needed a "benchmark" for future services, so was happy to get these things taken care of. They found a nail in one tire and patched it; also fixed a computer problem that was part of a recall I was not aware of. As soon as I got home the recall notice was found in my mailbox; happy to say it was taken care of and I don't have to go back. Thank you for prompt, reliable service that gives me driving peace-of-mind! More

Always Finding Something Wrong I previously had my volkswagon Jetta serviced by Southern and every time I took it in they found something wrong or there was some service they recomm I previously had my volkswagon Jetta serviced by Southern and every time I took it in they found something wrong or there was some service they recommended. I now own a Buick and had been going to another dealer for service who I was very pleased with, but they stopped servicing GMC. I went to Southern because of the free oil changes, but once again every time I go they find something wrong with my vehicle. I take care of my vehicle and do recommended services, but I don't really believe all of Southern's recommendations are necessary and will be going elsewhere for service and paying for oil changes. More
