I will not even go into detail about how they said the car was there Friday night and then on Saturday morning they didn't think it was really there. Now the hidden charges: Vin etching is an absolute scam $499 when you can buy the kits on ebay or amazon for $19.99. The mandatory security system of $699 is a joke, I literally should have ripped it out of the car and shoved it up their backsides. Enjoy the extra $1500 you thieves. More

While in for service the technicians found the car was out of alignment, needed tire rotation and it also needed a new air filter. I bought the car there recently and needed a "benchmark" for future services, so was happy to get these things taken care of. They found a nail in one tire and patched it; also fixed a computer problem that was part of a recall I was not aware of. As soon as I got home the recall notice was found in my mailbox; happy to say it was taken care of and I don't have to go back. Thank you for prompt, reliable service that gives me driving peace-of-mind! More

Dykes my sales person took his time over several days to find the right car for me. Never did he pressure us into buying something. The Sales Manager Shawn was also awesome in the fact that he was up front, explained everything, and never pressured us to buy and was very open with the bottom line. Finance Manager Steve also explained everything well and took his time with us. Kelly was also awesome when explaining the importance of protecting your vehicle. Never pressured us into purchasing all the extras. Overall, loved the people and the dealership. Will definitely recommend them to anyone I talk to and when they say you are treated like family, I would have to agree 100%. More

Definitely worth your time and get most with your money. I have got my first Buick which is Encore lease 3 years ago, I love the vehicle so much but need a larger vehicle as our family is growing. So I decided to upgrade the vehicle to its next size Envision. All the staff there are very friendly and accommodating. They are very helpful with what fits your needs and with your finances. They are also honest about the condition of their vehicles. They give out Southern Hospitality with covers oil change, state inspection, 50 mile radius towing to any Southern dealership, etc. for the life of vehicle just by getting the vehicle from them. (Very helpful to me). Then if you get their exterior and interior protection, you get unlimited car kit (car soap, wax, leather vinyl cleaner/polish) this comes in handy if you do religious cleaning. Having a leather interior, this deal saves $$ in a long run. Plus you can schedule to get your car interior shampooed/clean, it’s covered. Very helpful when you have busy schedule and children who spills everywhere. So far they have the same courtesy since I bought my first vehicle, throughout getting routine service, turning in the vehicle and now having a new one. I would recommend this dealership to everyone who is looking for a great car, great deal and helpful service. More

Overall impression we gained from every staff member was that each and every one was service proud.
