Horrible I have never had such a horrible time at a service dept and I have had over 10 vehicles. There is no communication I had to call in twice to get the status of my vehicle. I had an appt at 7:30am and I called around 4 to find out the status to find out it just made it to the rails and that they were just looking at it. Then I call back 45 mins later to be told she would call me back. Calls me back to give me this long list of things that needs to be done over $2500 worth of work. I advised I would take it somewhere else and get a quote. Took it to another GMC and they didn’t see any of those issues. They saw something else and cost is about $700. Word of advice if they quote you on something take it somewhere else or just don’t go there to begin with. From other reviews I see this is normal for them to give you an extremely high quote for repairs or tell you it’s one thing when it really something else. DO NOT GO HERE More
