Buyers be ware. This is a dishonest dealership. Brought my own finance to pay in full and was hit with many undisclosed fees. In addition; they tried to forcefull This is a dishonest dealership. Brought my own finance to pay in full and was hit with many undisclosed fees. In addition; they tried to forcefully sell me a service that I didn't want and there justification was that "it was a corporate thing and not them". At finalization, found out that it was not true and that these were optional items. Here were it gets worst, they then wanted me to FALSIFY documents, which I refused and they rejected my purchase and allowed me to walk away even after I had already paid them in full. To the military members of this community, make sure you take all your documents to legal before you signor make any purchases from this dealership. More

He is very professional, Our KIA Sorrento 2012 was in need of a state inspection and check of brake fluid level.. R.T. was our service coordinator. He is very professional, efficient, and friendly. We were offered snacks, hot coffee, and other beverages while we waited, and our vehicle was ready much sooner than expected. R.T. suggested a complete fuel system maintenance, which we did. When the work was finished, the paperwork took only minutes to complete and the SUV was brought around for us. During this short time that we waited for service repairs on our Sorrento, we visited the Sales Department, met with T. J. Catafio, took a test drive, and purchased a 2018 Kia Niro. We are now a two-Kia family and are very happy. More

Good customer service, but need to improve communication I found a really good deal with a pre-owned car that they had, I knew it was exactly what I wanted it was a unicorn kind of deal. They insisted on a 2 I found a really good deal with a pre-owned car that they had, I knew it was exactly what I wanted it was a unicorn kind of deal. They insisted on a 24 hour test drive, to make sure I did not find any problems with the car. I really liked this perk, and the next day we were ready to close the deal. Then we got there and waited for about 3 hours for paperwork, then had to listen to them trying to sell all kinds of protections that I didn't want. Finally we went to talk with the finance person and had a surprise that there was $300 added to the final price for window etching, I asked about it and he told me it was something that they do to all cars. I was tired, and happy that it was still a good deal, so I let it slip. We didn't have the check for the down payment, so after signing all the papers we agreed that I would take the car that day but come back a few days later with the check. I took the extra days to read about the window etching, and found that it was something that I didn't want. So on the day agreed I took the check to them and was ready to ask them to take the window etching out of the final price. But after asking for that I hear that they could not sell the car anymore because the person who had given it as a trade-in had been deployed by the military and there was a law that they could revoke their deal. Well, you can take your on conclusions about that situation. After trying to find a different car with another sales rep, I decided that I was going to wait for another great deal since wasn't on a hurry. But then I remembered to check my credit report, and there were 2 inquiries there. I demanded that they did something to get those out of there since it wasn't my fault that I couldn't move on with the first deal. They said they couldn't do that. So I asked for a letter explaining the situation so that I could try to get those inquiries out of my report. Again they said they could not do that. After a short discussion with the finance guy, he decided I needed to talk to the general manager. The general manager explained the situation again, and asked what he could do to make it better. I told him about another good deal I had found online, so I wanted a similar deal on a new car in order to not take more inquiries in my credit report. He arranged a good deal on a new car, and we closed on it. Overall I am ok with the experience since I got a good car for a good price, but I wasted a lot of my time, did not take the car I wanted and ended up expending more money than I wanted at first. The sales reps did a great job, having a lot of patience with me and trying to help me find a good deal, I have nothing to complain about them. More
