The service was below what I expected out of a Chevrolet dealer. I was Unable to get in touch with the service area for two days, because it always asked me to leave a message. It was very nice working with the team while making our truck purchase. Erica was immediate in calling to schedule an appointment to test drive. Joe (our sales person) was friendly and VERY patient with us. He did not apply too much pressure in making a decisions. He spent a good part of his day assisting us and looking for ways to help us receive discounts on our vehicle. Chris was the sales manager and he too informed us of incentives. They understood our needs. Matt was quick and efficient in completing the finishing paperwork. The only thing I would change here is a better understanding of all the paperwork that has to be signed throughout the entire buying process (there is a lot). I did not gets copies of all the paperwork but think this was just an oversight because I asked for paper copies verses taking them on a flash drive and we were past the dealership closing time. I still need to receive my add on’s which has been a little confusing but I am confident they will take care of us and deliver as promised in a timely manner. I will also request my paperwork when I come in. More

I was helped by Darla to schedule my appointment and when I arrived she was there to greet me and get me started. My service took a little less than an hr which was great and Darla explained it all to me per I arrived she was there to greet me and get me started.
