I bought a car from Joe when he was with Volkswagen about 10 years ago. I had my heart set on a Mini Cooper however, due to the poor service at the dealership I walked out. I went straight into VW and Joe was the first one to greet me at the door. I told him right there I wanted a black, hatchback, automatic, with a sunroof and good gas mileage. We hopped into a brand new golf and I bought it that day. I had that car for 10 years. The buying experience was one I’ll never forget. No nonsense, quick, what I wanted. I recently was forced by my husband to get a new car ( not as bad as it sounds I’m pregnant and I needed more space. ) unfortunately, I moved away and had to experience other dealers which really made me look back and appreciate all of joes diligence, patience, integrity and helpfulness. I couldn’t recommend someone more we’ve stayed in touch all of these years. He was as sad as I was to hear that I got rid of the golf. More
