After weeks of searching I got a call from one of the sales reps, Jacob Carter, at the dealership in VA. Even though I was a 2 hour drive away, he made it so easy to find the truck I needed and complete the credit app, all through the internet so I didn't even have to leave my house. He had very fast reposnses to my emails, giving me all the info I needed. When I finally drove all the way up there, Jacob made it a very fast and stress free visit. As well as the financial manager, Zach byrd, who made me very comfortable in his office and explained all of the financials in detail. And after only a little wait and alot of autographs, I left with a nice truck, and a decent payment plan. And I don't have the best credit. So thank you to all the employees at Hall Cheverlot. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

I’ve had positive experiences with this shop in the past but this time was terrible. I originally went to the shop because my engine light came on. Apparently there was damage to the underside of my car and but this time was terrible. I originally went to the shop because my engine light came on. Apparently there was damage to the underside of my car and my radiator needed to be replaced, fair enough. They quoted me $1600, which was out of my price range so I decided to go somewhere else, which is where the problem started. I went to pick up my car, which is a 2017, and the air condition was not working at all which worked fine before I dropped the car off. I’ve never had problems with my A/C before and the car is only 3 years old. So I turned right around and went back to the shop and inform them that there was nothing wrong with the A/C when I dropped it off. When I dropped the car back off the advisor mumbled “Whenever they’re not here we always have to fix their xxxx”. They quoted me another $469 to fix the A/C controls, which was not happening, and denied being the cause of the A/C controls being inoperable. I got the insurance to cover the radiator and was still willing to consider the shop just to fix the radiator but after the A/C, I didn’t want them working on my car at all. When my insurance attempted to coordinate towing the car to one of their preferred shops, an advisor named Frank told the company that my car was not there, which was false. The insurance agent even said the advisor was very rude to her. After 3 days, the insurance agency was finally able to schedule the pick up. After all of this I will never be going back to this shop again. More

The absolute best! I couldn't ask for a better experience! The salesman, Keyshawn, was smart, accommodating and authentic. He came in on his day off to work with me. He was even more impressive when he told me he was the same age as the truck I traded in. The dealership is an hour and a half away - two hours with traffic - from and that could have easily put me in a vulnerable position. There was none of that. Everything I talked about with Steve Santomieri was, not only honored but exceeded. I left with my new truck in under 90 minutes. Straight up, this was the best new car experience I've ever had! More
