I went to get my truck serviced, and I had a major problem that could’ve caused more damage to my truck. They let me take my truck and it ended up braking down on a busy over pass. It than took them d problem that could’ve caused more damage to my truck. They let me take my truck and it ended up braking down on a busy over pass. It than took them days to fix my truck, and I called multiple times for updates. Staff seemed very rude and uneducated. They also had 0 concern regarding customer safety. It’s literally their job to make sure that vehicles are working and safe. They failed to educate me on the seriousness of my vehicles condition and I could’ve been injured, due to their lack of awareness. More
