What is the purpose of making an appointment? I would like to start off with saying that this was my second time at this location. The first visit was amazing. I was kept up to date on the condition of m like to start off with saying that this was my second time at this location. The first visit was amazing. I was kept up to date on the condition of my vehicle and where it was in regards to service. However, this time was horrible. I made an appointment for Saturday 5 December @0815 to have my vehicle serviced. I dropped it off with DeeDee. At 12 pm I called to ask if my vehicle was ready because I hadn't received any updates. I was then informed by DeeDee "that customers are usually asked if they need their vehicles back by a certain time". I have never heard of that policy. Especially after I took the time to make an appointment. So again I ask, "what is the point of making an appointment?" So after being informed that my vehicle was next in line to be serviced, I left. At 2pm i texted to see what was the status of my vehicle. At 230 I went to the dealership only to find that my vehicle had not even been touched or pulled into the bay. It was then that DeeDee informed me that she had notified the technician that I wasn't pleased because my vehicle had been there all day. I did not get my vehicle back until about 445, 15 minutes prior to closing. If the policy is to ask customers when do they need their vehicles back then "what is the purpose of making an appointment".
