I went to Hall Chevrolet this afternoon to test drive a 2006 H3 Hummer. While I was test driving it, They took my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee to do an appraisal on it. I drove the Hummer, and liked it. Whe 2006 H3 Hummer. While I was test driving it, They took my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee to do an appraisal on it. I drove the Hummer, and liked it. When we got back to the dealership, We started going over the numbers for the Hummer. The advertised price was about $3000 lower than the actual asking price. I guess you have to use THEIR Insurance company, to get the discount, and there were other things that weren't included. When the salesman came back with the appraisal on my jeep, he said "The service guy said your jeep is in pretty rough shape" (My Jeep is almost perfect. The usual door dings, and minor scratches, but otherwise, flawless) He said he had trouble closing the sunroof. When I went out to get in my jeep, I noticed that my sunroof was crooked. I called the sales guy back out to look at it. He called the guy that did the appraisal, and they told me that they hadn't done anything to the sunroof.... It worked before they messed with it.... They are un-willing to do anything to try and resolve this. I called my lawyer, and he told me that it is my word against theirs.... so now, I have to pay for repairing this.... xxx! Thanks Hall... I won't be doing business with you guys! More

We came in to trade in our car for a used vehicle and ended up getting a brand new car. The sales and business teams were very helpful with finding us an affordable vehicle and getting the finance busin ended up getting a brand new car. The sales and business teams were very helpful with finding us an affordable vehicle and getting the finance business done. However, it was after the dealership that the drama ensued. We let the sales associate and business manager know that the vehicle we were trading in had a car payment due within the next few days and asked if the current lending company would be notified that the car was traded in so it would not reflect negatively on our credit that we had missed a payment, and we were assured that they would be told. It was not until 2 weeks later that we were notified from our original lender that our payment was two weeks late and they were not told about any trade in of the vehicle. We explained what had transpired and that we did not know what the procedure was as to who would notify the current lender about the trade-in. When we mentioned Hall Chevrolet to the lender, we were told that there had been previous issues with them and that is why that lender does not do lending through that dealership because of bad experiences with them. There have even been repossessions from that lender because Hall never sent the money for the trade-in to be paid off. I am extremely concerned and hope I am not caught up in the same situation. My husband and I have to keep checking up on them to make sure that the funding for the trade-in has been sent and I feel like we should not have to do that. The communication from the dealership and the original lender should be better. More

I usually hate dealing with car salesman because they tend to be pushy. But, Hank worked with me to get the total cost of my vehicle to fit within my budget. He even showed me how I would be able to fit my speaker box into the second row of my new truck and still have room for my two kids! He gave me the impression that he wanted to help me instead of just helping himself. I left the dealership feeling like he went out of his way to look out for me. It was a great car buying experience. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Been to the dealership back and forth since march 2011. Credit is not that great but everyone there assisted with giving me the best service and professionalism. Finally bought a 2011 Chevrolet camaro but after a day in and out of it I just couldn't really get comfortable driving it for long distances...normally you are out of luck after purchasing a vehicle...but wait they have a 7 day exchange policy if you are not completely satisfied. Went in talked to mike and Steve and they didn't bat an eye...swapped everything out for a new 2011 chevy silver ado. Fantastic service and great dealership. Thanks to everyone that helped me out.
