BEWARE!!!!! First off this is not my first rodeo with a service department at a dealership and in fact have refused to visit any Hall in Virginia Beach. I bought my truck a year ago from this dealership an service department at a dealership and in fact have refused to visit any Hall in Virginia Beach. I bought my truck a year ago from this dealership and when I scheduled an appointment for the first oil change it went well. I decided for the 7500 service I’d bring it back here. NEVER AGAIN! I scheduled my appointment through the Chevy app 2 weeks ago, made a change to add the state inspection still kept the same day apt but selected that I would drop it rather than wait. My apt was scheduled for 845 on a Saturday. I the. Called on Wednesday to confirm I had scheduled everything online properly and things would be done. I got a phone call at 750 this morning from Darla saying they won’t be able to do any diagnostic unless I could leave it for Monday because the weekends are just too busy. The weekends are more for state inspections and oil changes. I told her forget it just the 7500 service and state inspection and I would take it elsewhere for the diagnostic of a clicking sound. She said ok and that was it. Come 1235 I text in and asked for an ETA I didn’t hear back so an hour later I just showed up to find that my truck had been done since 830!!! 830 PEOPLE yes that’s great timing for the apt however I was never told it was ready didn’t get a response when I asked for an ETA. When I went inside Darla tried to flip it as if it was because they had people call out. Then she tells me instead of $137 it’s only going to be $37 I asked why and it’s because she used my points WITHOUT ASKING she offered to return them and have me pay full price and I declined because I will never be back to another Hall to use them anyways. When I asked why it was finished at 830 and I wasn’t told she said it was because she was trying to find someone to handle my other complaints. LIAR!!!! You told me y’all don’t do diagnostics this morning I told you to forget it I’d take it elsewhere and you didn’t say that when I asked for an ETA. More
