I scheduled the service a week prior due to my work schedule. On the day of service I was the first vehicle in line, but I did not get my vehicle back in my possession until 615 PM. They never ordered the new tires for my truck, which was a cause for the slow service. I also had a factory recall corrected, and they failed to put my belongings back in to my glove box as well as failed to actually install the screws to hold the kick panel under my dash board in place.
