I took my vehicle to this location for service and it was the worst decision I could have made. The customer service was horrible. The service director, Todd, is rude and unprofessional. Horrible communication and no customer service. Dropped vehicle off July 12, 2023, for a 7:45am appointment on July 13, 2023. Received text message when repair order opened at 7:53am July 13, 2023 Dropped vehicle off July 12, 2023, for a 7:45am appointment on July 13, 2023. Received text message when repair order opened at 7:53am July 13, 2023. At 10:56am, text Adam for an update, but did not receive a response until 12:22pm, “Tech is looking at your vehicle. He has not given me an answer yet. As soon as he does, I will let you know.” I texted again at 2:20pm for an update with no response. I called the number he texts from around 3:30pm and left a voicemail. At 4:17pm I called the 877 number and Adam picked up that line. He informed me the tech had not updated the notes and he was going to go into the shop to see what was going on. At that time, I was told the tech had to wait on shop foreman to test brake booster. I finally received a text at 5:03pm with the recommendations for my car and a call. I approved the repairs to be done. The parts were not ordered until Friday, which means they were not delivered until Saturday. I continuously called Saturday for an update and finally went to dealership only to find out Adam was not working, and nobody was notified to call me when the car was done. On top of this, Adam was told I needed the vehicle back as soon as possible for work. I was informed I could get a one-day rental through the warranty company, but I would have to pay the difference in what Hall charges vs what they pay, which I have never had a dealership charge a customer the difference. This was my first and last experience with Hall. When I picked up my car, Calvin was great in helping me. More
