I had an appointment for an oil change and was sitting for three hrs before someone came and let me know that not only were they fixing a decal which I appreciate but also found that a tire had worn down for three hrs before someone came and let me know that not only were they fixing a decal which I appreciate but also found that a tire had worn down faster then it should’ve and I’ve only had the car one year and only 14k miles which should’ve been under warranty and being there from 11 to 5pm is ridiculous with no communication and fixing something that should be under warranty More

Droped off vehicle at 8:30 appt. went back at 3:30 for pick up, oil change and tire rotation was all and still had to wait over 1 hr 15 min. For car vey disappointing. The girl ass went back at 3:30 for pick up, oil change and tire rotation was all and still had to wait over 1 hr 15 min. For car vey disappointing. The girl assisting was very nice though and was the only good part of this experience. More
