Horrible. My jeep was brought over from southern Volkswagen bc they did not have tool needed to check oil pressure. Didnt hear anything the next day. Tried reaching out via text and calling. Told they could not get ahold of anyone and would pass a message to call me. Nothing again. Proceeded to call yes more times with same response. Finally sent text line a text saying if they can see nothing wrong to please give back to southern vw. I let southern vw know this as well. I dont know how yall keep business. VW told you guys what needed to be checked....why never check it??? More
