Excellent service once I got past the 'call center ' Having your 1st contact for service handled by someone in a remote location certainly is NOT good customer service. When I called what I thought was Greenbrier I asked to be connected to our very long time service advisor, Paul McManuel. That's when I found out I had not reached Southern in Chesapeake. I had left 2 messages on Paul's cell. Since he is usually very prompt in returning texts I asked if Paul had retired - the call center said he was still on the list of employees roster. I found out when we arrived for our appt that Paul had retired last Nov! The service advisor I assume we will have (Alyssa) was very competent and helpful. She's a great Ambassador for Southern Auto Group. More

2 scheduled appointments. 1st 7.5 hrs. Vehicle not fixed, sent home with another appointment. 2nd appointment after 8 hrs needs to be kept overnight. I understand being short 1st 7.5 hrs. I understand being short staffed but why schedule an appointment if walk ins get better service? Almost 16 hrs without my vehicle and it's been confirmed that the airbag light stays on.
