I had never had a pleasant experience with her and I’ve been a Southern customer since my 2005 Dodge Magnum, in 2005. I don’t know her name but she was working on the morning of 01/17/26;Saturday. She didn’t acknowledge me at all even though I pulled my car in, got out, and waited in front of her at the desk. She looked me in the eye, said nothing, got up and started organizing papers from what it looked like. I said “good morning” and she gave me a very condescending look as if I was bothering her. My wife has also had more than unfavorable experiences with the same person but I’ll let her tell you all in the next review. There is always something negative coming out of this service center but nothing ever gets fixed. The older Caucasian woman at the checkout window can also use some retraining/attitude adjustment. Next time we’ll just make it a point to match her energy and see how it goes from there. Lastly, the lady in question made us search the parking lot for our vehicle upon completion. They had it parked clearly on the other side and just gave us the keys as if we were supposed to know where they put the vehicle. Just overall lazy service that we aren’t used to but it’s hit or miss with Southern. More
