On 2/26 I called for an appointment for a state inspection and oil change. Finally got past Pam, your AI phone service that is not helpful at all. I spoke with a human who scheduled my appointment for Thursday, March 12, 2026 at 8:30 AM. I arrived at 8:30 AM and was told that I did not have an appointment scheduled. I was asked if I actually spoke with someone at the dealership on Military Highway because they're apparently is another dealership in Suffolk. Wouldn't your staff be able to tell if they look in the computer? Also, I bought my car from your dealership at a tent sale in 2017 and have not taken it anywhere else since for these two services. Your number is in my phonebook on my phone. The service advisor told me that they would work me in. I waited for 4 hours. I didn't think that was a bad time for being worked in.. Until Emmalie Knoll, who was the service advisor that checked me in, walked by me and said to the cashier , 'all of my people said they would be waiting and they aren't here.' She had walked past me at least 4 times before that and never looked at me or said anything to me. I'm fairly certain I was the only one wearing maroon medical scrubs. I'm also fairly certain that I'm the only one that came in with a Toyota Prius. I went to the cashier, asked if my car was ready, and was told yes it's been ready since 9:30 AM.
