I spoke with a human who scheduled my appointment for Thursday, March 12, 2026 at 8:30 AM. I arrived at 8:30 AM and was told that I did not have an appointment scheduled. I was asked if I actually spoke with someone at the dealership on Military Highway because they're apparently is another dealership in Suffolk. Wouldn't your staff be able to tell if they look in the computer? Also, I bought my car from your dealership at a tent sale in 2017 and have not taken it anywhere else since for these two services. Your number is in my phonebook on my phone. The service advisor told me that they would work me in. I waited for 4 hours. I didn't think that was a bad time for being worked in.. Until Emmalie Knoll, who was the service advisor that checked me in, walked by me and said to the cashier , 'all of my people said they would be waiting and they aren't here.' She had walked past me at least 4 times before that and never looked at me or said anything to me. I'm fairly certain I was the only one wearing maroon medical scrubs. I'm also fairly certain that I'm the only one that came in with a Toyota Prius. I went to the cashier, asked if my car was ready, and was told yes it's been ready since 9:30 AM. She said I called your name. I was literally sitting right next to the window in front of the t-shirt display the whole time, except for an hour that I walked around outside and the 3 times I went to the bathroom. The VA Beach Blvd Southern could not figure out why truck had starting issues and suggested take to Greenbriar because they had experts. Took leave off work to drop truck off. Left truck for over a week and had starting issues and suggested take to Greenbriar because they had experts. Took leave off work to drop truck off. Left truck for over a week and when I call to get an update I find out it hasn't been touched. I understand people get sick, but an update or status would be helpful. It was explained 2-3 days. 6-7 with no call happened. I had to pick up truck due to having no leave left to wait. Eventually went to a small one garage door location in pungo and the same day , mechanic calls and says the starter had a fault and he could see it sparking underneath the vehicle. He explained that if you plug a computer to it and run test it will show sat, and you have to actually look at the vehicle/ part you are checking to see if there are any anomalies. No one looked at the starter to notice sparks. More
