Took 10 days before the parts for the failed inspection to come in. We were lied to that the part was tied up in shipping, after we were already told it hadn't been ordered yet. We found out that the 0730 to come in. We were lied to that the part was tied up in shipping, after we were already told it hadn't been ordered yet. We found out that the 0730 appointment time was not the actual time that they would preform the work, because I dropped it off the night before. We were left with the feeling that we were treated as if we are stupid and could be told anything, along with a sassy attitude. Nope, wasn't the best experience. And we are happy to let anyone know. A huge difference between Greenbrier and the dealership at Western branch. Greenbrier not only had appointments available quickly, but finished our first vehicle within hours and was able to take the secon at Western branch. Greenbrier not only had appointments available quickly, but finished our first vehicle within hours and was able to take the second vehicle in on the same day, and return it the same day. Awesome service, and the people behind the desk acted like they actually wanted to be there and were pleasant! More
