Service desk guy gave me appointment for 2 o'clock when I came at 1:45. I was told by the service department desk that everybody goes to lunch at two so it's gonna be a couple hours if I wanted to wait or re came at 1:45. Excellent service once I got past the 'call center ' Having your 1st contact for service handled by someone in a remote location certainly is NOT good customer service. When I called what I thought was Having your 1st contact for service handled by someone in a remote location certainly is NOT good customer service. When I called what I thought was Greenbrier I asked to be connected to our very long time service advisor, Paul McManuel. That's when I found out I had not reached Southern in Chesapeake. I had left 2 messages on Paul's cell. Since he is usually very prompt in returning texts I asked if Paul had retired - the call center said he was still on the list of employees roster. I found out when we arrived for our appt that Paul had retired last Nov! The service advisor I assume we will have (Alyssa) was very competent and helpful. She's a great Ambassador for Southern Auto Group. More
