My car was parked up front so was handed my keys without the need for someone to bring my jeep to me. When I went to my car, the drivers seat was pushed back as far as it would go and reclined ALL the way the need for someone to bring my jeep to me. Also I question whether or not my tires were actually rotated. When i dropped it off I had a warning that my back right tire was low. When I picked it up it still was showing low- actually lower than it was when I dropped it off. I went back in and advised the checkout person of this and the seat being reclined. She never acknowledged my complaint of someone sleeping in my car but they put my truck back on the rack and told me it takes awhile for the sensors to change. I question this as I’ve had to put air in the tires before and they updated immediately. When they brought my vehicle back tome all 4 tires were at 40. It feel that there is a good chance they never rotated the tires and just put air in them after my complaint. More

Took 3 days for a clutch recall, communication was extremely pour, I sent text messages and called, responses took hours to receive, never received a call back. 1 st day the replacement parts were bad extremely pour, I sent text messages and called, responses took hours to receive, never received a call back. 1 st day the replacement parts were bad did not find out till the end of the day after dropping of early in the morning. Return the 2nd day early AM again, was told that recall took 4.5 - 5 hrs to complete. Showed up at the end of the 7 hrs later and was told that it was 80% done and should be done shortly, after waiting advisor came and said it was taking went to the back and the transmission was just coming out and I wouldn't get my car back today. So I was stuck there as they had no loaners and I had to call to be picked up. Sent a text early AM the 3rd day took over an hour to get a response. Was sent a video at 8:20 AM and was told it would be done in the next couple of hours. Once again no communication after sending more text messages I finally received a return text at 1:30 saying my jeep was ready. In person the advisor was nice however, the lack of communication lead me to being stuck without a car. Was told the incorrect status of my jeep. I asked why it tool.so long to start my working my vehicle after having an appointment and having bad replacement parts prioritizing work is lacking. After 3 full days finally complete. More

I feel as if I was taken advantage of financially and diagnostically. I came in for car not cranking. Brian said it crank3d right up for him. Did a $175 diagnostic & charged me $700 for a battery. Next 4 days check engine light starst flashing and A with circle around it & Exclamation point. Now diagnostic goes from $175 to $750. I end up paying $2400 for lifters & some other stuff. It just was a rip off when I brought it in, it cranked right up from the night before, now I'm out $3100. Crazy! More
