When I made appointment on line and received confirmation with price of oil change, the dealship did not honor or even offer a coupon towards price quoted instead final price was double. My 2023 Jeep has had an electrical issue with the stop/start system since shortly after I purchased it new. It has been in the shop over 10 times for this problem. Many of these were for weeks and mo stop/start system since shortly after I purchased it new. It has been in the shop over 10 times for this problem. Many of these were for weeks and months at a time. The dealer has done its best, but the product they’re working with suffers from poor design and workmanship.
