Took my truck in for an oil change and inspection sticker. Got a call asking if my engine light was on. No it was not on. Ohh well we need to call the warranty and see if it’s covered. Yup it’s cover sticker. Got a call asking if my engine light was on. No it was not on. Ohh well we need to call the warranty and see if it’s covered. Yup it’s covered, fuel injector gone bad. Recommend tune up. What is involved well pretty much just spark plugs… how much is it… 968 dollars . For spark plugs!? Do you have to take the engine out? No we don’t but there is a lot to move out of the way . The engine light was not on when I dropped it off, when I got my paperwork it stated “customer complaint check engine light is on”. If it was on when I dropped it off I would have said something. Or you would have!! I say experience then they kept my car without even giving me the courtesy of calling me to let me know. After going to the service center the next day they stated my truck will be out momentarily. I asked was it done yesterday ohhh no it just got done a little bit ago. Just xxxx poor service all around. More
