Southern is very busy…Like most businesses. My question is has the busyness filtered into poorer, quality service? I truly hope not…but let me explain my last service. Example, walking to my serviced vehicle and immediately seeing fingerprints all over driver window & door…so, had to go & pay for an unexpected car wash afterwards. Worse? Telling the advisor that I needed a front light replaced with my oil change …Advisor repeats request…After work completed, I ask the Advisor was the light replaced and she said “I think so.” Then on the invoice, the “Multi-point inspection,” checks all lights working? I couldn’t check in the parking lot because the vehicle has to be in drive for the lights to come on…plus, I just TRUSTED that it was done. Of course, pulled behind a vehicle at a stop light and could see the light still out in the reflection. Having said all that, I will come back because of the EXCELLENT service from Advisors like Paul over the years. But, hope my next visit is nothing like this past…I trust that it’s not. More
Service center representatives were great. the service center auto techs were not.i got my car back after a 4 days repair and had to bring it back because something wasn’t plugged in correctly the service center auto techs were not.i got my car back after a 4 days repair and had to bring it back because something wasn’t plugged in correctly which should have been checked before i received the car as a quality assurance check.i got my car back with a dent/scratch in my right door that wasn’t there when i brought it in.it was fairly noticeably would have atleast liked to have informed about it. The service department was great. The lady that checked me in was very helpful and friendly. She actually got my service moved up because I showed up early and another didn’t show.
