Poor customer service! A ‘Good morning’ during interaction with clients goes a long way. The AI service appointment setup is annoying. I set up an oil change, inspection, and to have a warning light checked. The automated system did not inform me that my vehicle would have to stay ov I set up an oil change, inspection, and to have a warning light checked. The automated system did not inform me that my vehicle would have to stay overnight. There was no offer of a shuttle or loaner vehicle. This cost me $70 in Uber fees. Alicia, the service rep offered to call me with a status the day I dropped it off. I did not receive that call. I called and the automated system asked if I wanted text updates. I did not get those either. When I called the following morning, I was told that Alicia was on the phone and would call me back as soon as she was done. This did not happen either. Later that afternoon I called again and was sent to her voicemail. I was close by so I just stopped in to check. As I walked into the building, Alicia was at her desk turned facing another service rep, chatting with them while another girl was standing behind her playing with Alicia’s hair. When I was seen, there was surprise, then recognition. “I was just about to call you” as she fumbled through a stack of papers trying to find those pertaining to me. She informed me that my vehicle would have to stay an additional night, they had the part in stock and should be ready the following evening. When I didn’t get a call the next day, I called again and left a message. I got a return call stating that it was the wrong part, then the other dealership sent the wrong part and it would be an additional day. When I called the following day, an operator picked up. I asked for the service department. She put me on hold for about ten minutes only to pick the phone to tell me that they weren’t picking up the phone. She offered no solution or remedies. I hung up, waited about 30 minutes, then called back. This time I got through. I was told that my vehicle would be ready in about two hours. I was without my vehicle for a total of four days. It made me wonder if because the repair was under warranty, that it was not a priority and kept getting pushed aside. I am extremely displeased with this visit and the fact that there are no loaner vehicles or shuttle services offered. More
