My jeep has skid plates which had to be removed. Tech did not replace all bolts to skid plate. Sloppy work! Tech left steering wheel cover in dirt and grease . Sloppy work! More

Southern Chrysler Dodge Ram Jeep performed a recall repair to replace the defective clutch for a manual transmission. My jeep does not have the factory skid plates, My jeep has real steel plate skid plates. The skid plates need to be removed to access the transmission in order to access the clutch assembly. There are several bolts used to attach the skid plate. The technician had an issue with one bolt on the skid plate. It is this bolt that is missing. Upon picking up the vehicle I asked if all the skid plate bolts were re-installed and was told yes. However, upon working on my Jeep , I noticed that the bolt in question is missing! There is a reason I do my own mechanical work and this is one of them! Additionally having the vehicle returned with a dirty greasy steering wheel is really sloppy as well as the missing bolt!

They were completely courtesy and answered all questions that was asked of them even when ask if there's a tow package for the jeep renegade 2023 which was not available at this time. More
