Aside from the professionalism by the employees. I came in for an oil change, and was out in no time. I’ve had oil changes at other dealerships, and had to hang out for 2-3 hours minimum. I had a horrible customer service experience. The sales person who helped me tried to make the experience better, but overall, I felt like my time was not valued and I felt dismissed. I walked in with my own funding with a scheduled appointment and was kept in the dealership for an unreasonable amount of time. I only returned to purchase the vehicle because they would not transfer it to another dealership for me to close the transaction. As a repeat customer who has purchased 2 other vehicles with Southern, I was completely disappointed and I doubt I will champion the Southern name the way I have in the past. More
