Had to take my Ram back to them several times to fix the same issue. They tried to short me $10k on my trade in, just because they couldn’t figure out what was wrong initially. Come to find out it was only same issue. They tried to short me $10k on my trade in, just because they couldn’t figure out what was wrong initially. Come to find out it was only a $500 fixed that they charged a portion to my extended warranty again. I repeated asked to speak with a manger to discuss my concerns and the only one I was able to have a face to face conversation with was the sales manager. The general manager NEVER fulfilled my request to speak to him after I was told plenty of times that he was asked to. Very disappointed at the services I received at this particular dealership. Thanks to two ladies that did their best to ease my frustration. More

The guy at the front desk in the maintenance office was great. He helped me get my issues fixed that same day that way I was able to drive my vehicle out of state for a meeting.
