I requested a service status from service advisor Isabell, at 11:28 am; it's 4:47 pm, and I have yet to receive a service status for my 2006 Chrysler 300 Limited. I do understand that my vehicle has Isabell, at 11:28 am; it's 4:47 pm, and I have yet to receive a service status for my 2006 Chrysler 300 Limited. I do understand that my vehicle has up to three days before completion. However, an end of day service status update is pretty reasonable. This is totally UNSAT customer service. Terrible service on more than one visit. Miles entered incorrect on new vehicle charged for services not needed. Second time this has happened. 2 hours round trip to get to this dealer on to be disappointed and now need to find another dealer. More
