My initial interaction was very cold and unpleasant. Not what I'm accustomed to at this dealership. Very disappointed with my service at this dealership. While they were quick to diagnose the issue and give me a quote. They failed to mention the TPMS was malfunctioning, 2 tires not responding. Also there is a recall repair that needed to be addressed, which they missed. Because of he missed issues I decided to have the repairs done elsewhere. I advised southern that a tow truck would be there to pick up my vehicle and to please have it ready, they assured me they would. Tow driver shows up and was told vehicle had been moved down to another dealership, he goes down there and was told vehicle isn't there.either, so at this point they have lost my full size truck. Tow driver was told to go back to greenbriar store, he did and they still couldn't find it. I called and texted the service advisor several times demanding they find my vehicle, of course I get no response. I the call to speak with a manager, conveniently no one was available, so i left my contact information and was told someone would reach out to me but of course no one did. After a time they locate my keys and tell the Tow driver the vehicle is somewhere on the lot and that he would have to locate it with zero assistance from anyone. Tow driver finally finds my vehicle and it is purposely blocked in to tow couldn't retrieve it. After another 20 minutes he finds someone that reluctantly unblocks my vehicle so that he can do his job and tow my vehicle. It took the tow driver an hour and a half of back and forth and dealing with the incompetent staff on a tow that should have taken 10 mins. Overall it was a very disappointing and aggravating experience. All could have been avoided had the service department done there job from the beginning. More
