The service took forever even with an appointment. I spent over 6 hours sitting in the waiting room. When I received my inspection my service lights weren’t taken off the dashboard. My car wasn’t pull I spent over 6 hours sitting in the waiting room. When I received my inspection my service lights weren’t taken off the dashboard. My car wasn’t pulled up to the front lot. Why pay for services at southern when I can go to a real dealership and get a complementary wash. The service department sucks. If I could rate it less than a 1, I would!!! Why should I have to waste a whole day at the shop when an appointment was made? More
