I scheduled an appointment to have one fuel injector replaced at 7:00 AM on June 6th. I didn’t get my truck back until late in the day on June 9th. At no point did anyone contact me to inform me that th replaced at 7:00 AM on June 6th. I didn’t get my truck back until late in the day on June 9th. At no point did anyone contact me to inform me that the vehicle would be kept for the entire weekend. In addition, I had my truck in the previous week for a state inspection. It passed, and I was advised that the two front tires should be replaced soon, but I declined at that time. When I brought the truck back for the fuel injector service, I was told that all four tires needed to be replaced—even though the rear tires are only a year old. This inconsistency raises concerns about your quality control. Can you please clarify? More

It took over 3 weeks to get a fuel pump in from the parts department for a 2022 Wagoneer. The Parts department "claimed" that it was ordered but couldn't track it for delivery. My vehicle sat for nearly a mo department for a 2022 Wagoneer. The Parts department "claimed" that it was ordered but couldn't track it for delivery. My vehicle sat for nearly a month. It would have took me an average of 3 days to order and receive it for much cheaper if I could have ordered it on my own. Parts Dept. is unsatisfactory! More
