I visited Southern CDJR on 22 October to have LowJack installed and a front license plate bracket. Both items were accomplished in a timely manner. However, I have been promised a 2nd VW (Arteon) smart F installed and a front license plate bracket. Both items were accomplished in a timely manner. Service department has improved. I had appointment for 10am was completed 10:40 state inspection. This was a great improvement from my July appointment for my charger for an oil cha I had appointment for 10am was completed 10:40 state inspection. This was a great improvement from my July appointment for my charger for an oil change and state inspection. It took over 2 hours and I had an oil leak where they only hand tightened the oil filter.
