My car has been in several times and 'fixed' just to check the button that gives an error still an giving an error after being fixed. The Service department leaves alot to be desired especially with follow up calls. My advisor Marguerite never calls or updates and it takes multiple calls in a day to get ahold of someone in the ser especially with follow up calls. When I would finally get to talk to her she would have an attitude and move as quick as possible, not once did I ever get an actual answer on my truck. And not once did she ever respond to a voice message that was left for callback. I had to drive to the dealership after working all day multiple times because no one would answer the phone for a simple update or update regarding the loaner I was in. And the service team did not find the issue with my truck I did alone… and had to convince the service tech I knew what I was talking about for them to take a look. They are so used to just swapping batteries out they gave up on troubleshooting my parasitic draw. I had to request a second check be done after they replaced the batteries a second time without so much as even considering a parasitic draw test. The sale was great, but once you drive off the lot in a 70k truck the whole dealership turns its back. More
