The person I had the appointment with was very snippy at first. Had a 0900 appt time did not leave until 1145, all I was there for was an oil change. My vehicle sat for 3 days before it was touched. There was no information flow or updates from my service advisor as to why my vehicle hadn’t been started yet. We had the same service issue that we have had many times. It wasn't communicated to the technician accurately so we got a video of him testing a different warning light that wasn't related to our issu times. However she never replied back. We didn't hear anything so we called at the very end of the work day to find out the issue wasn't addressed yet the other regular service was done and we could pick up our car. I did not get responses to our messages and our issues were not resolved yet again. More
