I made an appointment for 8am to get a State Inspection and a tire rotation. I arrived 15 minutes early, but my vehicle was not ready until after 10am. We bought when it was checkered flag. We had great service. We will not purchase with southern again. Service is slow. Our order got lost somehow? A disappointment! I have had my vehicles serviced at this location since we purchased it. My vehicle needed a repair. The follow up and expectations were bad. We had t I have had my vehicles serviced at this location since we purchased it. My vehicle needed a repair. The follow up and expectations were bad. We had to track down what was happening. There was no priority to contacting us. We were charged almost $1000 for diagnostic and when the service lady call she said it would.be 10,000 for repair with no explanation. I will never take my car here again. If the service is bad I will not buy a car here or recommend my friends and family here. Service representative was rude she should not be in service. More
