Service advisor left early which could’ve been out of his hands, but without communication to the other advisors, or me. I was told the noise the vehicle is making is tire noise, so I asked for the rear tires to be rotated to the front (different brand), so we could cancel that out or confirm they were the problem. Tires rotated improperly with different brands on each corner, so was forced to bring it back. After proper rotation was executed noise remains, confirming my suspicion. Now will have to bring it back to inspect further, when a simple drive from the tech working the ticket would’ve eliminated the back and forth. Overall dissatisfied with service, attentiveness, and communication throughout the process. More
