At the time of the visit, the Ioniq was advertised for $15,522. There was an add-on called the Southern Value PKG which cost approximately $1700 which, according to the sales person was non-negotiable. W $15,522. We were also told the owner applied this all the cars on the lot. So, with Taxes, non-tax fees and their $899 processing fee (Non-negotiable) brought the car price close to $19,000. As we were sitting down with Sales person trying understand the figures and questioning why the consumer was forced to take add-on pkg, which was anti theft service (LOJAK). The sales manager came over placed a printed piece paper from JD Powers stating the car was worth $21,000 and stood there with hand extended. So, we took the applied jester from the sales manger that he was through with us so we left the dealership. We never will never be back. Poor customer service More
