made appt so i did not have to wait 2+ hours. when i arrived was told 10 people were ahead of me despite my appt. which they clearly refused to honor. told them i had another appt in 2 hours and when i arrived was told 10 people were ahead of me despite my appt. which they clearly refused to honor. told them i had another appt in 2 hours and asked what they expected me to do. the answer was “reschedule”. if you are expecting prompt service making an appt won’t give it to you. they do not honor appts. i had to leave or miss a more critical appt. not dealing with them again. very poor customer service.
