Sariyah started out communicating well, however during our phone call regarding our use of an MBI claim with Geico the call disconnected and she made no attempts to call back or leave me a text message ex our phone call regarding our use of an MBI claim with Geico the call disconnected and she made no attempts to call back or leave me a text message explaining what happened. My husband and I had to try to call back to find out what happened, she did not call us back in a timely manner. I had to call a supervisor to see where she was at. Geico also had a hard time contacting her at the number she provided. When I text the number she texted me from she did not answer. When she finally called us with an update on my car she gave me wrong information at first. Sariyah claimed I already picked up my car and then doubled back saying something like oh wait, your deductible for MBI through Geico is $250, I told her I knew and understood that and we'd be there later that day. She was short with me over the phone. At pick up she was cordial however this experience was unprofessional and disappointing. I will not be back. More

I made an appointment for a recall for my Jeep. Service took exactly the hour I was promised. Showroom was clean and beverages and snacks were offered. Thank you for the great service.
