Kyan Bohac is stellar when it comes to customer service! ! PLEASE GIVE HIM THE TOOLS HE NEEDS TO BE EVEN MORE SUCCESSFUL!!! The computer-based communications to the customer is UNACCEPTABLE! Text messages ! PLEASE GIVE HIM THE TOOLS HE NEEDS TO BE EVEN MORE SUCCESSFUL!!! The computer-based communications to the customer is UNACCEPTABLE! Text messages are typed by your Service Representatives but NEVER received by the customer. Southern needs to invest in a reliable communications system enabling quick, solid, correspondence between the Service Representatives and the Customers. If the current system remains with no improvement, Customers will grow weary and find other service centers with better communications. Lose the current system or lose your Customers. More
