Brought my truck in due to a check engine light out of my warranty, they worked quickly and even informed me of a recall I did not know about. I was extremely disappointed in my visit on 5/1. I had a appointment for a recall and took off work to take care of it. I was there 5 minutes before my appointment and all of the intake lines were I had a appointment for a recall and took off work to take care of it. I was there 5 minutes before my appointment and all of the intake lines were blocked and no one was moving cars. I parked outside and went in the check in. I informed them that I was waiting for my truck and was informed it would be an hour to an hour and a half. 7 minutes into my appointment is get a text saying that the initial inspection was completed but that my vehicle was not ready yet. I continued to wait, and wait, and wait. Finally 2 hours later I go to the service desk and ask what is going on. Another advisor (mine was out to lunch) told me that the inspection was done and that they have ordered the part. I was confused as I was there to have this fixed then and no one ever mentioned ordering anything. The advisor kind of blew it off and then went to figure out where my keys were. 10 minutes later her brings my truck through the front (because the intake area is still filled with cars) and hands me the keys and says that my advisor will call me to set up my next appointment. I left an called back later to speak with the manager. He was nothing there either and I was told a message was left for him to call me. It has now been 24 hours since I left the store and neither my advisor nor the manager has called me. If I do not hear something by Monday im going to start calling the General manager until someone answers me. More
