Today, 12/12/2022, I had a confirmed reservation for an oil change to my 2018 Wrangler JL. Before I turned the vehicle into service the representative informed me of a two hour wait ,The express lanes were oil change to my 2018 Wrangler JL. Before I turned the vehicle into service the representative informed me of a two hour wait ,The express lanes were backed up. After entering the waiting area in conversation I learned the delay had started before 0830 hours. This is totally unacceptable and ridiculous. Why make appointments if you won't keep them. Obviously they overbooked for the number of techs that were available. This is the second time it has happened to me. There were at least three other customers in the same predicament as me. My background is maintenance. I have been working on vehicles and industrial equipment my whole life. An oil change and tire rotation is 30 minutes. Not two and a half hours. William C.
