There were complications in initial looks at used vehicles. The first vehicle I was looking at with the intent to purchase (2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Limited 4x4 - Dark Grey) was sold to another pa vehicles. The first vehicle I was looking at with the intent to purchase (2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Limited 4x4 - Dark Grey) was sold to another party as I arrived to the dealership. I was then interested at looking at a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Limited 4x4 in White that had 41k miles on it. I conveyed and confirmed the unit number multiple times with Travis before driving to the dealership for a test drive. When I got to the dealership I learned that they acquired the wrong White JGC L Limited and not the one I had been asking about. The lack of transparency and follow-through was frustrating and led me to believe that I was being taken advantage of. The system in place to transfer cars of interest between dealerships needs to be improved so that the car a customer requests to look at with the intent to purchase is actually delivered and available to look at.
