They had my car all day (since 9:30am) and didn't do my oil change, someone took my key home with them, and I was told that they are keeping my car until Monday. Disregarded any plans I may have had. Excellent customer service in regard to fitting me in for a last minute service on the next day, service advisor was a pleasure to interact with. The tech removed my license plate (unnecessary) for tire rota a last minute service on the next day, service advisor was a pleasure to interact with. The tech removed my license plate (unnecessary) for tire rotation and did not replace, cross threaded one lug nut for spare, did not tighten another beyond hand tight, and kept my spine drive socket - had to install spare lug nut on spare tire due to damage caused by tech, and return to the dealership to retrieve my socket to re-torque my lug nuts, which were not at the manufacturer spec of 130lbft on any of the wheels. I appreciate the service department's willingness to perform the service on such short notice, but the work done was not to standard and created a potentially dangerous situation. More

Brought my 2014 back in on 23 March after service on 16 March when the check engine light came back after service. Today 24 March the check engine light came back on. As instructed, I have to wait to bring March when the check engine light came back after service. Today 24 March the check engine light came back on. As instructed, I have to wait to bring it back in when the gas tank is 75% or less. Margherita did a great job yesterday along with the mechanic to get me back on the road quickly. More
