When I received the text about the inspection of my vehicle, no one explained to me that I had to accept or deny the services. When I went to ask if my vehicle was ready after I got the text, I was tol vehicle, no one explained to me that I had to accept or deny the services. When I went to ask if my vehicle was ready after I got the text, I was told that they were finishing up and they would come and get me when it was ready. After 45 more minutes I went and asked again and then I was told that I had to confirm or reject the suggested services. I declined the services and I still waited 15 minutes for my vehicle to be brought around, only to discover it was sitting in the bay. I estimate that I waited at least an hour and 15 minutes over the time that I needed to. I find that very disappointing. More

I was able to schedule appointment in a timely manner. I needed to wait for the service and had a tight schedule to make it to a funeral. I will say that I can always get my vehicle in quickly for service. I appreciate that. I had a sunshield in window when I did night drop off box. When i picked truck up.
