First, impossible to get a call back from repair shop. three times I left messages and I NEVER was called. I had to go in and wait by the counter to get any answers. My car sat in the shop from March 9 until last Friday (May) and finally I was able to pick it up. The problem was leaking antifreeze. After $2500 and all that time, the next morning - Not one drop of antifreeze was left in the battery. I understand about parts taking time to be transported, but not about not checking to see that the car was fixed. Or keeping me informed Very disappointed. This shop fixed a starter on the same car months ago. 3 days. And great job. Not sure what happened but I will have to get the leaking radiator fixed and I worry about all the money lost. More
