I came in on Thursday to make an appointment for my two vehicles which was pretty easy, and got to make both appointments for Friday. My first appointment was at 11am. At 3:15 I went up to the counter and asked if they forgot about my vehicle. Margherita sent a text and a minute later my other truck was headed to the back. By 3:45 she came and got me from the waiting room. Due to waiting so long, Margherita made it right. No, I didn't have anything planned for the day other than getting my vehicles inspected, but Margherita knew that I shouldn't have been waiting that long. Plus, the hot chocolate was pretty good. Dropped off car on 12/3. Confirmed repair on 12/4. Finally got car back on 12/9. Before turnover it would not start, so they jumped it. Required new battery. This option was not offered to us. I thought there was some kinda 50 points of inspection you do with vehicles?? Purchased new battery and its running now. We've purchased 5 vehicles over last 13 years at that dealership. Never took that long to get repair done. Maybe overnight 1 or 2x. Makes us seriously consider a different place for repairs. More
