Horrible. I took my vehicle in because my 12in screen was black. Service was lacking to say the least. .first im told it was a battery issue, which was f I took my vehicle in because my 12in screen was black. Service was lacking to say the least. .first im told it was a battery issue, which was false. There was a ticket left in vehicle stating battery was good, but im told it had to be jumped. When do a good battery need a jump ? After getting no service or questions answered I was handed back my vehicle to take elsewhere. Once back in my vehicle, the screen was working without paying 500.00 for an update which I really didn't need. But now I have engine light on. I didn't drop it off with an engine light on. My last text i received from service, it said if you have questions. Call to speak to someone. No one attempted to return a call or tell me whats wrong with truck. Make it make sense. 12in screen working now, but engine light on. My vehicle will never go there again. More
