I had a 1:00 appointment and didn't get out of there until 4:30. They were short handed and running severely behind. They did not fill my tires back up after the rotation so I had to go back and have th until 4:30. They were short handed and running severely behind. Quality of work is not always guaranteed. The Service Center is typically overbooked, so technicians are scrambling to reduce demand. The result is they miss the attention to detail. Problems I have experienced include missing valve stem covers during tire rotations, failing to reset the change oil monitor, and finding tools left in my vehicle. If you are military, make sure you let them know that because at the service department, they will not let you know of discounts accepted. More
