Required new battery. This option was not offered to us. I thought there was some kinda 50 points of inspection you do with vehicles?? Purchased new battery and its running now. We've purchased 5 vehicles over last 13 years at that dealership. Never took that long to get repair done. Maybe overnight 1 or 2x. Makes us seriously consider a different place for repairs. More

Tim was awesome. This was my first visit for service on my recently purchased 2019 Rubicon. On my way for the oil change I discovered I had a water leak in the passen This was my first visit for service on my recently purchased 2019 Rubicon. On my way for the oil change I discovered I had a water leak in the passenger compartment. Tim saw that while the oil change was done, someone used a shop-vac to remove the water. He them spent time talking with me about possible ways the dealership could look into the issue. I felt more at ease after talking with him. He was professional, curious, and confident. We also discussed a TPMS issue was having. Dispute a busy Saturday schedule, he didn’t seemed hurried and took the time needed to ensure I was happy, informed and that the dealership was well represented. I work in human resources as a profession. I spend countless hours talking with hiring managers about employee performance and expectations. Tim nailed it. I have had several disappointing events with Southern Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Newport News. In the spring, I brought our Durango in for an oil change and tire rotation. When we got the car back there wer Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Newport News. In the spring, I brought our Durango in for an oil change and tire rotation. When we got the car back there were two lug nuts missing on one tire! We recently dropped it of after-hours for a state inspection and oil change. When we dropped it off, there were no after-hours envelopes available. We went to a neighboring dealer to grab one of their envelopes! They had the car all day and we only heard from them at 4PM about the car. They said the car would need $3,500 of work in order to pass the state inspection. Since we needed the car for the next day and it was so late in the day, we asked to get the car back without doing the work. When we picked it up, we found that they also forgot about doing the oil change! How can they have the car all day and not do the state inspection earlier so that if work was required there would be time to get it done within the same day? How could they also forgot to add an oil change? We scheduled the service appointment on-line well in advance. It seems like they just sat on it all day and didn't look at it until late in the day as evidenced by the fact that they still had the car in the bay when we got there to pick it up and had to move 2 other cars in order to get ours out to us. They have lost us as customers, and we are going somewhere else from now on. More
