I was extremely disappointed at how poorly I was treated when having some work done on my Jeep. I typically use a privately owned shop for my work, but due to a more complex repair chose Southern. There was limited communication surrounding diagnostics and repairs with a text asking me to approve repairs after closing time. I had to text to ask for my car back on both occasions. There was no discussion or calls so I ended up borrowing a vehicle to go to the shop to see what was happening to my Jeep. Not knowing what time they closed, I stopped in as soon as I got out of work. The manager had returned to the shop after a salesperson apparently called him to tell him I needed my car. He stormed into the shop upset with me for being there and when I tried to calmly explain that I didn’t know anything about my Jeep and that I needed it for the next day, he told me it would be a Lot of work for him to find paperwork and that I was out of line for being there. This escalated quickly to him yelling at me from across the dealership and shop before I could even ask any questions. I was so flabbergasted at this person yelling at me for being there that I thought I was being pranked. I assured him that I was not there to fight just pays and get my Jeep, and that was met with him continuing to try and fight with me by shoving papers around his desk and him storming off when I asked what work was completed. I’ve never been treated so unfairly and immaturely in my life. The incredible disrespect and unprofessionalism of this manager was completely disgusting. My family will not return to this business and we will share our experience with our friends so they. An avoid being treated so horribly, a simple repair turned into a nightmare. If I hasn’t had my husband on speaker to listen to this altercation, I don’t think anyone would believe something so odd and terrible like this could happen. I am so disheartened after this traumatic experience and will not buy from Southern for my future vehicles. More

She lacked communication, told me several lies that I caught her in I had my vehicle towed in on a Wednesday and I never heard from anyone at the dealership. I didn't even know if it made it there so I had to go there five minutes before closing to turn out that it was there, but they never even took a look at it, even though I had an appointment She also told me that my vehicle the next day or two days later have been pulled into the shop to be tested so I drove by there and it had not so she lied to me. Then she said after the battery replacement will be done on the Saturday. It was not done on a Saturday nor did anyone call me to tell me what was happening. I finally heard from them on Monday after I called several times and sent several text messages. The service department is a mess and it needs to be cleaned up. People need to learn to communicate with clients and customers to tell them what's going on even if they hadn't had a chance to look at the vehicle. My car was there for a week and I barely had any communication unless I hounded someone for some information. More
Jeep was reported to be thoroughly checked and diagnosed They said that they could not find the problem I was experiencing. On the ride home the check engine light came on. And today when driving it to get air in tires same problem they said that they could not find reoccurred and vehicle stalled out in rode and almost died. Regained leverage after a few minutes ans and 4x4 lights blinking on off with the lightening bolt sign More
